Time Sheets
The Accessibility Resource Center Timesheet is now a MS Excel spreadsheet.
In order to be able to accomodate various computer platforms Accessibility Services is moving to
a more generic form. We will now be using a standard Excel file which you can fill out on line and email to our time keeper. Please see the instructions below
INSTRUCTIONS:
Click on Accessibility Services New Excel Timesheet below (requires MS Excel).
Timesheet will open Excel.
Tab through the fields and fill in timesheet with your information.
If you need information on the payperiod click the Payroll schedule button.
When finished save the file to your computer.
Email the completed time sheet to astime@unm.edu
! Make sure you attach the time sheet to the email !
THAT'S IT you're done !!!!
If you have problems you can print the form and fill it in by hand.
If you don't have computer access come by the office for help.
